Preethy filed complaint against Club factory customer care number on Aug 31, 2020
I has bought a apple sir pods in club factory in June month. Because of defect In the product I have returned the item. But I didn't get the refund still. I contacted customer service many time at last they a reference number regarding my refund and asked to contact the bank.When I enquired my bank they said, they said they didn't get refund from merchant side. Please resolve issue
