Nice Maple Company Private Limited - My refund not sent

I placed an order with nice maple on **th April with order id NM**** and cancelled it the very next day on seeing that the order is non refundable and reading the bad reviews on google. The co promised me that refund will be credited in my account within * to ** business days. Even after * months no amount credited in my account nor they send me any transaction details nor any proof of initiating my refund.
