Extramarks classes - My refund is not provided

A sir come in our house and they had taken my examination and ask for the Extramarks classes and when my father said no,they teased my father and told they tou are not that much able to get a Extramarks account for tour child abd also said tou are also not able to make ** rupees per day for your children.all the meeting is over.the account is get to me after * day and when we called them for refund they said we can’t cancel your order because validity is over.when i called the sir for cancel on ** Agust the said your validity is over by ** agust but the package is valid till ** agust.
