This people have received my refund within ** hours from the airlines as per the information from the Airline CS. I was informed that i will get my refund in ** days then ** days then ** days and then i was receiving emails stating that CC team is declining the refund so asked for account details for processing and now Customer Service over call or emails are not responding at all. They pick up the call after ** mins and nobody talks. i feel now my *.*L is in danger. When airlines cancelled the flight and processed my refund in ** hours - these chor Happyeasygo team are deducting my convinience fee and other charges for not using the service even tho there is no mistake from my end and now no* is responding also . I NEED A RESOLUTION with my refund and i need to raise a concern with Police i feel.
High time the team responds NOW!!!!
