Dhani shopping - My refund has not be n credited yet

Respected sir,
I am yogendra dhapani,an user of dhani app from past * years,
On *th September **** I made an order from the app by using its credit line which means emi method(in dhani app if we use emi method then for the product ordered we have to pay the amount in * installments,the first installment is at the time of order itself ,then second is after one month then third is after * months ,
So for the order I made on *th sept,I have paid rs.*** from my bank account and then I cancelled that product ,but they have not refunded my money back and they are saying that it is showing in our system that the money is refunded already on *th sept but it is not credited

I am attaching the bank statement of my bank in which it is clearly seen that the amount got debited on *th sept but never got credited back even after cancelling the product,I tried calling them and had talked to more than ** of their costomer Service representatives but they keep on saying that we have raised a ticket regarding your complaint and wait for * days,then after * days ticket gets closed automatically without any resolution and then again a new ticket I have to raise again after * days it gets closed.

According to their policy the should have refunded my amount within * business days as they have mentioned in their app,but today its been **-** days they have not refunded my amount
Also after cancelling the product their app is showing * more due emis on me for the product which I had cancelled already ,
Sir,
I am in need of money desperately,
Please resolve my problem I am helpless
