Meesho - My product was taked by courier boy for return but still your return was cancel show

I purchased one shirt from meesho app,**/**/**** date i collect my product but i am not setisfied,shirt quality was to third class.
After this i desided to return this for my full refund i requested to return and refund option in app.
**/**/****, after noon delivery boy was came(ecom express) and took my parshal(shirt) perfactly .

After this i recieve massage from ecom express massage was" return picked up successfully for order number:***********_* of online regards,ecom express. " After that happen
I checked application(meesho) in order section my return was cancel for no reason
I call meesho costomer care and meesho said" we dont have recieve your parshal from courier (ecom express)
That day and today still i am not recieved my refund
Please help me fo my refund
Ecom express took my courier and said we dont took
This is fool cheated to me

Please solve my consern.
