Please note that I have purchased a brand new Blaupunkt party speaker Rock & Roll PS*** through Amazon, seller Appario retail private ltd on **.**.****. Payment was initiated through credit card (one card) by way of EMI, Rs ****.** for * months. Amazon delivered the product on **.**.****. Subsequently I have faced an issue to my newly purchased product. Charging of the product was not happening and I have registered a complaint through Blaupunkt registered whatsaap number ********** on **.**.****. Ticket no is **********. On **th May **** my product was taken back by the delivery partner under warranty with consignment no **************. On tracking I got the information that the product was returned on **st May ****. Now two months is passed. I did not receive the product back. And I am not getting any reply from anybody who is responsible..

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
