Tata Croma - My product was completely burnt

My *.* kg tata croma washing machine ( fully automatic) was completely burnt while I was using it on * dec **** , it was only *.* years old , complained to tata croma twice , mailed them , no resolution was done . They said it has automatica switches which turn off if some things go worng but nothing happened, we were able to save some part of washing machine while it was in flames , now the store owner is saying that you have burnt it from outside . Need resolution for these. Only machine burned and all my power switch, board, MCB are all fine. That clearly proves that something started burning inside machine.
