Earth Like - My product ordered for which I paid online is not delivered

I placed order on Smytten app on **th October **** , I received other products from other brands however one package from Earth like brand was not delivered, got an SMS that delivery will delayed and product will be delivered by **th Nov however I have been following up with symtten no response on email , sent message on their Facebook page too no response. On almost all days I am looking for help to get either my product or refund but no luck.
