nuindia co in - My product is under warranty and noboby is responding neither online website nor brand company

i brought a new washing machine from online website name "Gostor.com" of brand "nu" on dated **/**/**** it got delivered . at that time no sales where there to install and show demo but anyhow i read the manual and started it and it was in running condition upto *th october ****, then it stopped working and i tried hundred times to contact the online website company and brand company to repair it.whereas, product is under * year warranty but there is no respond from both company. even there customer care number when i call it tells that number is not valid. so, i m in great stress and cant understand how to deal with this problem. neither there website is opening nor they are responding to my call and email. i m in stress and distrub condition due to this product and my family is in distrub condition for this product.
please help me in giving justice against this fraud company.
