I made a service request for my boat Partypal ** speaker in warrenty period then I got a message from Imagine Marketing pvt ltd stating that your IMAGINEMARKETING package with AWB ************* will be pickedup today by agent
(**th September **** ) they picked up my device after * week I made a call to the customercare number and asked about my device they said that your device is waiting for the spare parts we will repair it as soon as we receive the parts after that I made so many calls and mails every time they said with in **-** hours we will respond but till today I don't know what is the status
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
