i am worried about this above LLNo ********* Tracking Id ************** with your delhivery service, this is booked on **th april **** to pincode ****** a symphony **xl cooler first commitment for delivery on **th of April, shipped and reached to hyderabad hub on **th april ****. but till date (**rd May **** ) it is not done any attempt or movement from Hyderabad hub. now it is showing delivery date **rd May ****. already now *:** Pm . yesterday i called to ********** Arjun Vijay about this shipment, he done night duty, he given day duty person Anil number **********, he also given his manager komal number **********. i called and told about this shipment, he told me send only text format that LLR No and Tracking Id . i sent as like that, he asked. after that i called again for the status, but he is not lifting my call till date
this equipment is i booked for my parents, but they are not believing and scolding about your service. and they are struggling with this summer heat.
no one is responding and who is responsible person for this type of issues,
