Ferns N Petals (INDIA) Private Limited - My PrePaid Order not delivered to me

Sir/Madam,
I have ordered a Cake online with Ferns N Petals and paid Rs ***/- for the same.
Later i requested for change in address of delivery which was confirmed by the Ferns N Petals through their call (I have the call recording) .
After this they sent the order on my previous address and when i called them and said that the address is updated and confirmed from their side, they kept me waiting till late evening and then denied to deliver the cake. Thus my whole party was spoiled.
Later they also denied for refund of the amount .
Please help.
