Election commission of India - My phone number leaked to political parties when I registered for MLC elections on ceotelanagana web

I registered for graduate MLC elections on ceo telangana website and after that I was getting messages, WhatsApp messages, call from political parties like TRS, BJP, other candidates. Being the election commission of India, how they have shared my number with political parties which is illegal.
