Samsung ultrq - My phone front camera and back camera is not working

I bought a samsung s** phone * months ago. But Its front camera and back camera is not working now. The damage was caused by just ** seconds of vidio beiing taken in the under water..
But this company feature can provide underwater vidio. Chaeting me. My phone is not working for camera. Iam very sad.
When i approached the company with the issue of this s** phone but your company said you could not straighten out. What shall i do. Pls reply me.
