Mark Express Pvt Ltd - my parcel missing

I have one of my parcels missing which was sent through Mark express from Pune to Bangalore, two parcels were sent on */**/****, and only one of the parcels is delivered,when I asked the delivery person about the other parcel he said, some other person will deliver it, but there is no information about the parcel till date, I called both Pune and Bangalore offices, they usually dont pick calls,luckily someone picked my call in Bangalore office and told the parcel not reached, when i checked the tracker in their website I could only see a status out to Bangalore,after that I saw some google reviews of Bangalore parcel office and got to know how unprofessionally they are dealing with the parcels, so I decided to sent one person by spending *** rs in one pick up app since the bangalore office were not picking the call, but that effort went in vain as they told that parcel not delivered, but their tracker still shows out to Bangalore. I have sent an e-mail regarding the same to their head office in Mumbai on **/**/****, but have not got a response till now. I have no idea of my parcel.
