St couriour services - My package not delivered

I expected a parcel on **Nov ****.but it didn't came I just waited *more days but it not came and just I checked the couriour track I'm just shocked it's already delivered with fake sign n my number and I didn't gave any OTP for that still it's not delivered and office people saying don't give OTP sir after delivery only u need to give OTP. but still after * month I'm just waiting for the parcel without OTP how they are frouding like that. I think it's whole company is involved with this type of clean day robbery I saw many many complaints about this froud couriour
