I booked Redmi note * Pro on **/**/**** and did payment by Google pay. After payment I get the order I'd ******** and then I call the customer care they tell me that after ** hours your despatched number will be sent to your registered number. After waiting ** hours I didn't receive the consignment number of courier and they tell me that again wait for ** hours. After I called them again they tell that your order has been sent to your nearest courier service without giving any tracking ID. Many times I have called the customer care but they didn't give any satisfying answer. They are telling that the number is now switched off (***********). Please help me I am a student.
