I have placed an Order for a Steelbird AIR SBA-* Beast Motorbike Helmet on Flipkart when it was on offer on *st of September **** for the price of RS.****/- plus Rs.**/- for shipping which i had already paid online and the delivery date was scheduled on *th September but the delivery was never made that day, and i received a message saying it will be delivered on or before *th September. but still i did not receive the delivery again. when i contacted Flipkart customer support they said due to some unforeseen issue the order is delayed and will be resolved within ** hours but right now it's **th September ** days has passed since the order has been placed and i am still getting no proper answer from Flipkart's end. When i called customer support today they are asking to cancel the order and place again. when i checked the current price of the same helmet it's price is now Rs.****/- this is not fair at all i feel i am being cheated. Flipkart has been holding onto my Rs.****+** for ** days without delivering anything and now they do this. Kindly try to resolve my issue
