arabian abayaa - my orders are not delivered

I am a reseller, my brand name is classic fashion. I had ordered nearly ** abayas from this person named Altamash in the month on june. he has been delaying for months and then after constantly calling from various numbers he dispatched the abayas. Now * of the abayas are still not delivered, its September ** now. i have been calling and texting daily but he never replies nor recieves calls. he hasnt paid for the loss. please help me get back the amount and please shut down his business
