Aachho jaipur private limited - My order is not delivered and also customer care support is not satisfactory

I ordered * product ( * suit and * ready to wear saree) on ** August. firstly size mentioned in the app is not correct. Out of * product i exchanged * product , and they charged extra *** rupees for each product in name of policy for exchange. Then i gave the exchange fees and the deliver only * order and now today is ** September they not yet shipped my remaining * orders. Its been like * months and no information regarding my order. Worst clothing brand.
