I placed some dress order for my daughter online shopping site flip star se on ** November My order is # **** ...I had an order confirmation message, but neither a delivery date nor a track number ...The phone number and email were given on their site, but they are not opening ...plz send my order early...

Ordered Kids winter set from Flip stars ** "flipstars.in" on *th of december but till now there is no update. Called many times but they do not pick the calls. Website is not having tracking details as well.
