dear Sir, I have through club factory app booked * layer pants cloths hanger on **.**.****. Since might be due to no stock, order was cancelled by the company itself and since **.**.****, ststus of refund shown in app is "REFUNDING". No response on mail followup. My order details are My order got canceled automatically . Status is showing "Refunding" from **th July ****. But I didn't get my refund yet. my order date **.**.****, Order number- SO**************. Refund Id-. SOR*****************.
Please help in refund.
