Phonocart.in - My order delivery not receipt

Dear Sir/Mam,
I was purchased i one colourful saree from Phonocart.in dated **-**-**** and payment paid on own debit cart on Rs. ***/- after that i have to received a confirmation massage is " your order is successfully received,. your order number is *****. your shipment will be delivered in *-** days". Hence, these types of massage i have already a **-** times but now day i am not receiving my order (order No. *****) delivery.
