Teenpatti Master and Teenpati Gold - My money not Refunded

I Have been playing teenpatti since last year in the hope to earn some extra money since my earning is meagre and cand hardly Bear my monthly expense with my salary. We put our money in the hope to earn some extra money as we would be going through financial constraint. But there were Several instances when the money we deposited for Recharge Has Not been credited as Game Coin and consequently even after reporting the issue the company has not Refunded my Money. This way I am bearing so much loss. Recently also my rs.***/- each from teenpatti master and teenpatti gold Has Not Been Refunded or credited as my Game coins. If I don't complain this time then I have To Bear the loss like before which has happened numerous Times.
So Please Do the needful and help people like ys to be cheated by these fraud companies. I want my Refund. Please
