Parimatch india - My money is not been refunded

Issue *
On **th July I have opted for a withdrawal of ****** INR providing my friends bank account details , due to different beneficiary name the funds got refunded to you and were never credited.
Issue *
On **th July using upi my friend has deposited ***** INR in my Parimatch account. The money got debited and when I contacted your support they said it didn’t go through and will get refunded in * business days . I’m still waiting for it
Issue *
On *rd August I deposited rs **** INR and they did not put that money in my Parimatch account I was told it will get refunded in * business day and already a week now
