LeEco - My mobile phone Le2 not returned by service center and its been 30 days

The service center guys have kept my phone for the last ** days and they aren't repairing it. They keep saying that the spare parts are not available. I am very frustrated without a mobile and having spent so much money i can't get a new phone either. I need my phone back in proper condition after service.
