shop no 106 phalauda rood mood pin Jai communication - My Mobile No is not Activated

Dear Team,

My name is Pushpendra. My Vodafone no. ********** is not working from one month when I visited to Vodafone mini store where I activated this no. (Add- shop no. ***, phalauda rood mood, pin ******, Jai communication )
*. He changed my plan without my consent
*. He told me your bill is pending from * month ***₹
I ask him to activate my no. and he said pay the bill first and i paid ***₹ on *th April Screenshot is attached below still my no. is not activated.

In last * five month, * month my no. Is showed no service. This is the second time he took money from me and my no. is not activated till now.
I am living in Noida and he never picked up my call when I visited to home town then I talked to him.

*th of April I sent my friend to ask him why my number is not activated he said he paid the bill and it will get activated *-* days.
Today I visited to VI mini store near me Noida Sec-** and She checked my no. but he didn't paid my bill and took the money from on *th April ****. She provide me this mail ID and *nd one I searched on internet. I tried to call and mail so many time but I didn't get a right mail ID and no. from internet.
My no. still adding in a group which is shared by * people and he was saying individual plan is activated on my number.
Is this your service?? Customer is paying bill for no service
