Microfiber cloth - My microfiber cloth has not been delivered till date Itwas supposed to be delivered by 11 September

I ordered for micro fibre cloth and it was despatched in time by company I came to know it's lying with Ekart at zirakpur because no delivery boy wants to come to my address in sunny enclave.
Other item microfiber sponge cloth ordered later than that reached but it's not being delivered. Please help get it delivered don't trouble your old customer.
