Laptop - My laptop is not repair its 20 days now

Hello sir I ragister my fr sit complent on ** July and that said there technician will come to my home and repair my laptop but , * days gone but no one come, than I go to service center and submit my laptop that said it will repair in * days , after * days I call theam and that said your complete is Camella register it again, so I register complent again and than I wait for * days and call the am , that said that don't receive any complete yet , than again I call customer care and register new complete on * August , my complete reach to service center at * August and that said we will fix it , and now its ** August but that still don't repair it, and that don't eavn pick my call I have to call theam * * times than that pick call once . please solve my problem sir ,my product is under worrnty I buy it on * may , please help me sir
