India Posts - My items is dispatched 1 5 months late

Speed Post tracking number of my items : RJ*********IN
Item is booked on **/**/**** and item is dispatched on **/**/****, but postman wrongly updated on portal as article is dispatched on **/**/****.
Postman is not delivering any items on time as they are not coming post office daily (Pin code ******).
I am requesting you to please take appropriate actions this fraud so that in future people will not miss there important articles such some joining later, scholarships, any notice,etc
