Gold - My ibg no Is showing invalid therefore I m not able to get my money back

I was filling a form for refund n there my ibg no. Showed wrong . I was taking out half of the amount cause of financial problems due to this lockdown. N beause of the ibg number I'm not able to get my money back . Now what should I do .
