NESCO Odisha - My home electricity disconnected

Myself Upendra Swain, TPNODL consumer number ************ at kumarpur village, Eram section, sub division Basudevpur, Division Bhadrak. My home electricity off due to some technical fault on electric pole on **/**/****. On **/**/**** I send my brother ( Nilu) to inform my problem to JE & SDO at Basudevpur office and they promise that they will solve as soon as possible but they didn't send anyone to resolve it. On **/**/**** my area line-man Sarat padhi, Bharat Mahalik with other * staff come and disconnected my LT pole wire. Without planning how i get electricity they Permanent disconnected. On **/**/**** i made a complaint on TPNODL toll-free number and the registered complaint no. ************. Everyday i communicate to customers care of TPNODL and they are promising me within **hr we will resolve it but till the date i an in darkness. On **/**/**** my area line-man come and disconnected my sevice connection wire. I have mailed to nescolted@hotmail.com and complained at consumer forums toll-free number ********** and my complaint no.******* on dated **/**/****. This things is done by Basudevpur SDO, Eram JE and my village lineman. For the motive of brief because they are presurise to buy electric pole in my money but my view is i am getting electricity last ** years and i am not taking any new connection then why. I am an farmer and poor how can spend so much money.
