I’m Mounika from ICICI bank customer. My order for GRE exam from ETS was cancelled due to technical problems but my payment was done to ICICI merchant services on **th June **** about **,*** INR was a huge amount to me. When I called to ICICI customer care they said call to merchant services, when I called to merchant services we dont have that payment section access we can’t do anything we answer only to our customers who have the merchant card like that. Please help me out Voxya am waiting from * days. Below am attaching the transaction details also.
