I had booked my flight ticket via Travo look on *th May from Delhi to Mumbai. It costed me Rs **** as it was ticket for two people. Airline canceled to booking instantly and money got deducted from my account and went to Travo Look. Despite writing to them multiple times, they haven't refunded my money yet. I also have mail from them stating that they would refund the amount but they havnen't.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
