Gambhir traders - My exchange package is not delivered and they are showing that this was delivered earlier

I ordered tipntoes heels from Gambhir traders on ** of March **** and I got it on ** March but the size was not fit so i applied for the exchange and they gave me the date * April but I have not got anything yet and they are showing that my order was delivered on *th of April I felt very disappointed ☹️
They are not even calling me properly if I am going for the help so i came here for some help and if I get my money or my parcel
