Amredhya Technology Services LLP - MY DSC and LLP Agreement is not getting dispatched

I have taken the help of Vakilsearch for getting my company registered as LLP on ** Nov ****. At the time of making the first payment, they have mentioned that, the entire process will get completed in ** working days and still they haven't completed the process which they have promissed to get get everything delivered in ** working days. From past * days I have been following up with the support towards getting the DSC (*nos) and LLP agreement and they have been giving a reply that they will courier today from past * days, but they havent done anything and the support executive Karthikeyan Kandhan is the support person who is giving me the fake commitments and not only him, the complete team of Vakilsearch is not responding to the issues i have been mailing to several personals of vakilsearch. Seems they are holing the document and DSC *Nos) to make me for geting the complainces services by vakilsearch. Because of this delay, i am unable to open the Current Accouint to my company and the clients are unable to make the payment to me as my company has no account
