Google play - My Developer account got banned

I have made an open-source privacy-centric expense tracker application, which I have given for review in the Play Store for closed testing. They have an issue that one screen they are unable to access, so they rejected the application I have given the resolution, how to access the screen, and even the on-screen instructions are enough. Now they have banned my developer account for the same repetitive issue, even though I have provided a solution, they don't even check.
I am frustrated because of that. I haven’t done any violations to lose my developer account. Everytime they say within * days, this is not done.
