theflowerapp - my delivery was delayed and i received the wrong products

i ordered ** pieces of rose with a vase and * bournville chocolates on ** july **** then they told me it will get delivered the next day because of curfew i am fine with that then the next day the delivered it and the roses were almost dead i have a picture if you want they have send me cadbury silk instead of bournville
