I have ordered the bicycle. Their website states that the order shall be dispatch in ** hours but now it's more than ** hours. Still it hasn't been dispatched. Neither they receive phone calls, and when I tried to contact their CEO Aman Jindal. He also didn't receive call. Neither text. I don't know whether my cycle will ever come.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
