Misfer Mining and Logistics Company - My Credit Card is not working and need back my deposit money

my credit card is blocked and not even showing in net banking. I have paid all the pending amounts and now only some payments balance to pay for additional interest or late payment fees. I have RS: ***** as FD against card ****************.
