ICICI BANK CREDIT CARD - My Credit card is blocked and reward points withheld

I am holding ICICI amazon pay credit card and used the card to buy goods for my new home since it's offering *% unlimited cashback for all the purchases made on amazon and I accumulated a reward points worth of ***** by spending ****** rupees with my card, But icici cheated me with out crediting the reward points in my account more over they blocked my card and withheld my reward points, request you please help me to get those points credited and unblock my card. Thanks.
