DTDC exhibition road patna branch - My consignment not delivered and in tracking they have mentioned area not serviceable but is servic

I have booked a parcel from srinagar uttrakhand for patna,consignment no U******** ,on tracking it shows the area is not serviceable but dtdc customer support confirmed that the area mentioned on parcel ****** is serviceable. I have filed and called many times to dtdc customer care, I have also sent mail in attachment but they didn't responded simply they are saying wait, but I am loosing a lot,I am mentally tourchered by dtdc exhibition road patna branch,
When I personally reached there on ** dec**** at **:** hrs to collect parcel they told manager is not there, when I requested to hand over my parcel they refused to give and told to come tomorrow .
