Veda Networks Private Limited - My business affected due internet service provider unacceptable service

I got a internet service from this company, the connection getting disconnected due to wiring was not done properly, they re wired few times still not my problem resolved, i cant do my software business due to this.
Customer support is very unresponsive, they don't respond, it take days to fix the issue.
