Kpn Travels - My Bus got cancelled

I have booked a ticket in KPN travels , Trichy to Bangalore on **th Jan ****.Before the boarding they have informed that the bus got cancelled & they will arrange my boarding in different bus.But i have waited for *.* hours from the boarding time , finally they said me that they dont have seat in any bus. Consider am standing outside the travels at **.**am & saying no bus , that too rude manner. After my frustration , they have asked me to take the seat near to driver for ***Km's , after which they will switch me to other bus. But after i getting into the bus , supervisor number got switched off. And the staffs behaviour was very rude. Due to this incident i didnt sleep whole day & my health spoiled.I lost my one day salary of Rs.***** & got into health issues.
