My broadband speed is very slow from last * days. I have been calling to the support team but no response. I even tried contacting the local guy (Mayank Verma) in Akbarpur Ambedkar Nagar who looks after the issue but he is not answering the call.
I am not getting the proper speed as per my plan due this i am not able to perform my job..
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
