Make My Delivery - My books were not delivered

I am pursuing a company secretary course and I ordered my books from make my delivery app. I place my order on ** August ****. Till date, I don't have any books that I ordered from make my delivery. I asked for my order then they said there is some problem happened with my books. Some books were not available and the rest book will send you soon. They are using very ambiguous language. Then I again call on their customer support. The first thing anybody is not even picking up my call. I said it was the worst customer support management to their executive. I again asked for my order they again said sir there is some issue happened with your order will send you soon. I asked for his companies guidelines they replied drily but it was not in our policy that happened I demand compensation but they don't get to pay any compensation. I told him that I will file a complaint against you. They said your order will dispatch shortly please give us time. Many more things will happen I had each and each proof for miscommunication. I had complete phone records. Today is ** September and they said will dispatch your order today and you will receive it in * to * working days. I lost my studies and they have to pay compensation for it. I will send you some screenshots of my order. My order number is ******.
