My boat headphones were bought just * months back from croma. It was having manufacturing defect from day one. We saw that one of the slider was having a crack but being non-tech in this field thought that it could be normal.
After just * months one of the sliders suddenly chipped off on its own. I was surprised to see such bad quality product.
After reviewing online complaints, I found that this is normal problem with this product as most of the customers suffered and the same/ similar issue was faced by them and no-assistance was provided by the customer care team.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
