Blue Dart Couriers - My bank cheque book is not delivered by blue dart event after 3 days of delivery date

My HDFC bank cheque book is coming via blue dart courier service with awb no ***********. My address is Bhattacharya pally ,Po & Ps : Thakurpukur,Kolkata ******. Surprisingly when I was tracking the order status it was showing that incorrect address.Today when i have tried to call them it is not reachable. The most pyathetic thing is they are not even bother to call me if they really didn't foumd the given address.
And this is not the first case.Earlier they have done the same thing where i had to receive my credit card.They even denied to provide me the watch when i was going to their office at new alipore.
Now I am in very false position as I still didn't receive my credit card.So my humble request to you to take step in this matter ASAP.
