Glabol Expedition Pvt Ltd - My Bag was misplaced

Srinagar - Leh - Manali bike tour - **th June, ****

GLABOL Team is careless in case of keeping our belongings - Bag.

We put our bag in their Pick up at Leh Hotel then we move from Leh to Sarchu. In Pang, they change the vendor and Pickup. They did not take care of our bag and missed it.

The Manali team was that much careless that they took * day to ask Leh Team and passing the time, when we continuously asking and following up for the bag.

After *th day, when trip was completed, we asked in GLABOL office and Mr. Yash Dubey told that they are searching for the bag, we continuously taking follow up, he assured that they will find the bag.

After * weeks Mr. Yash told us that they were not able to find the bag and as a result they will provide the compensation and asked the details of a luggage in the Bag. We provided the details and he again asked some time, we patiently asked him how much time he need, He asked * week for the same. After * week when we asked he told us that we will not give you the compensation.

Even though Mr. Yash confirmed us that It was their own Team's Mistake.

Mr. Yash was just passing the time, when i asked him for their higher management person contact no., he told me that he is the only senior person in the GLABOL.

In initial days Miss. Ravina asked the full payment and when we missed for * hr, she told us that she will cancel my trip even though i have paid Rs.**,*** as an advanced payment.
This is the behavior of GLABOL.

They are careless in every manner, Safety was brake from Leh to manali, where we were in middle in the trip, they provided a very low quality bike and helmets and asked us for the adjustment, adjustment? why it is so? we gave them full amount but they are just Money oriented people.

I am highly disappointed with GLABOL, their STAFF, their Team leader and their Manali Vendors.

GLABOL not deserve even * star for their behavior towards Customer.
